CJ Lind

General Manager
CJ grew up on a farm/ranch in Western Nebraska, where he learned early on that hard work, strong morals, and personal relationships would propel him quickly in the industry. He has 20 years of experience in construction including, dirt work and earthmoving, site utilities, and personnel/equipment management. Starting out as an operator, leadership roles came quickly including promotions to foreman, superintendent, general superintendent, to the role he has now. CJ stands by his handshake and his word. He believes in a strong, team atmosphere where everyone supports each other, teaches each other, and builds each other up to provide our clients, owners, and contractors with the highest level of safety, quality, and value they deserve. Outside of work, CJ is married and has 3 kids, who his wife, Michelle, homeschools and provides an incredible home life! He loves hunting and camping and attempts to fish and golf.

Micah Messick

Senior Project Manager/Estimator

Originally from Ceresco, Nebraska, Micah holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Land Surveying/GIS/Civil Engineering Technology from Southeast Community College in Milford, Nebraska. Micah brings more than 15 years of experience in construction consisting of topographic and layout surveying, machine operation, and field superintendent before advancing into estimating and project management roles. Micah has spent the past 2 years as an AGC of Nebraska NDOT Utility Infrastructure Committee member. Micah uses his leadership, technical skills, and experience in cost estimation, project coordination and delivery to provide our clients with the highest quality product across all our divisions.

Matt Childers

Project Manager/Estimator
Matt brings nearly a decade of underground utility experience to Bauer Infrastructure, with a background that includes hands-on installation, cost estimating, and project management across a wide range of public and private projects. Originally from Iowa, he attended the University of Northern Iowa before serving eight years in the United States Air Force. Following the completion of his military service, Matt began his construction career as a laborer installing sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main systems. He quickly advanced in the industry, taking on roles as an operator and foreman before transitioning into estimating and project management. By combining his field experience with his knowledge in project planning and cost analysis, Matt helps ensure that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and successfully.
