Concrete Foreman

Bauer Infrastructure has an opening for a Concrete Foreman (Crew Leader) to oversee the daily activities of a flat work crew, including supervising a crew of operators, laborers, and finishers. The average crew size is 4-8 members. This position will be a working foreman position. This position will be responsible for safety, quality, production, and cost control. This position will require a candidate that can work in the Lincoln and surrounding areas.
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday.

  • 2+ years of experience supervising a crew
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read plans and specifications
  • An attitude that is positive and be a role model for other crew members.
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required

Concrete Finisher/Laborer

Bauer Infrastructure is hiring concrete finishers and laborers for concrete construction in the Lincoln area, in the public and private sectors.   • Full-time, Monday through Friday.
  • $22 – $29 per hour.

  • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Prefer 1 to 2 years of industry experience, but willing to train the right individual.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn competencies required to perform the job including methods, techniques, materials, and tools used in installation and job completion, and safety practices and procedures.
  • Prepare and set forms.
  • Grade area, including placement of rock base.
  • Tie and Install rebar/wire mesh.
  • Pour all types of concrete.
  • Smooth and finish surfaces.
  • Edge and cut concrete.
  • Utilize job specific equipment (Skid steer, mini excavator, hand tools, power tools).
  • May support operators with concrete removal and sub grade prep.
